Bask & Burrow does not sell physical products directly. We are an
affiliate publisher: when you buy something through a link on this
site, the purchase is made with that retailer, and their return,
refund, and cancellation policy applies — not ours.

If you need to return or exchange an item, contact the retailer you
purchased from. Their policy will be on their own site, and we'd
encourage you to read it before ordering, since terms vary
significantly between manufacturers.

If we begin selling products directly, this policy will be replaced
with one covering those orders, and this page will be updated before
any product goes on sale.
