Large Enclosures Ship Differently

Reptile enclosures are not small parcels. Compact sizes ship via standard parcel carrier. Larger builds — the sizes we cover in our large enclosure guides — are freight-class and typically ship via freight carrier, which can mean scheduled delivery and, depending on the carrier, curbside or liftgate drop-off rather than a driver carrying it to your door. Any special delivery requirements for your specific item will be shown at checkout.

Who Ships Your Order

Zen Habitats products are fulfilled and shipped directly by Zen Habitats on our behalf. Processing and transit time vary by product, order volume, and destination — once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout where available. If a rate isn't shown for your country, that item currently isn't available for shipment there.
